Membership Pricing – 2026 Season

Annual Dues

*Senior memberships require the youngest adult to be at least 65. Limited to two adults — additional guests are subject to guest fees.
New Membership Initiation Fee
All new members pay a one-time initiation fee:
$525 paid in full (saves $25), or
$350 your first year + $200 your second year ($550 total)
Key Dates
| Deadline | What Happens |

| April 15 | Pay by this date → receive 10 free guest passes for the season |
| May 1 | Pay by this date → avoid the $75 late fee |
| May 15 | Final deadline → unpaid memberships are suspended |
Guest & Add-on Fees

| Guest Pass | $7 | Purchased at the gate. Guests must be accompanied by a member. |
| Nanny Pass | $75 | Season-long access for a babysitter, nanny, or grandparent who accompanies your children. |
Membership Status Fees

| Inactivation | $160/year | Reserve your spot without facility access or voting rights. Must be submitted by May 1 to avoid a late fee. |
| Reinstatement (from Suspension) |
$75/year | Applied when a suspended member reactivates. Additional fees apply for each delinquent season. Subject to space availability. |

By Check: Mail to CCH Pool, PO Box 303, Fairfax, VA 22038-0303. Do not send cash. Dues payments are not accepted at the pool.
