Frequently Asked Questions

  • Guest passes will be bulk added to accounts on May 1st.

  • There are a couple of ways to get guest passes. Paying your dues early and participating in pool clean-up days will give you more guest passes.

    Board members also receive additional guest passes.

  • Memberships are required to have at least one member that is 18 years or older.

  • If you know that you are no longer planning to be a member at the pool, please email membership@cchpool.com so we may offer your spot to other prospective members.

  • If your name, mailing address, or number of members is incorrect, please email membership@cchpool.com and we’ll fix it!

  • Guest passes must be used in the year they were issued.

  • CCH uses MemberSplash for membership management and check-in. Log in at countryclubhills.membersplash.com. For help, email membership@cchpool.com.
