Complete 2018 Dues Schedule

  • Pool membership invoices will be going out in March If you do not receive an emailed invoice by April 1 please contact Membership coordinator at membership@cchpool.com.

  • Members who pay their Annual Dues by April 15, 2018, will receive 20 complimentary 2018 guest passes.
  • Members who pay their Annual Dues by May 1, 2018, will receive 10 complimentary 2018 guest passes.

Invoice Dates to Remember:

March 1, 2018: Invoices Sent to Membership

April 15, 2018: Early Membership Payment receive 20 Guest Passes

May 1, 2018: Deadline for Membership Payments receive 10 Guest Passes

May 2, 2018: Late Fees Begin to be charged ($50 Late Fee)

May 16, 2018: Suspension Deadline

Frequently Asked Questions (as of 1/30/2018):

  • I just received our invoice, and it is due today! What gives?

Historically, CCH Pool has sent invoices due upon receipt.  Keep reading and you will find that payment is not due until May 1st.  Payments received May 2nd or later will be charged a late fee.

  • I just received our invoice, and it is due today! Can I still get my guest passes?

Payments received by April 15th will be credited with 20 guest passes.  Payments received by May 1st will receive 10 guest passes.

  • Why is my invoice higher than the rate published in the newsletter?

New members must pay an initiation fee of $112/year for the first three years.  The initiation fee is on top of the base membership payment. (1 person - $250; 2 person - $320; 3 person - $450)

  • Do guest passes roll over from one year to the next?

No, guest passes must be used in the year that they were issued

  • How can I get more guest passes?

In early May, the pool has a clean up day where everyone can come out and help get the pool looking great.  In reward for your hard work at clean up day, we add 10 guest passes to your membership

  • Can I move my child to a 1 person membership?

There must be at least one member that is 18 years or older.

  • My invoice has the wrong mailing address/name/number of members. What can I do?

Email membership@cchpool.com and we’ll fix it!

  •  I didn’t receive an invoice, what should I do?

Email membership@cchpool.com and we’ll fix it!

  •  How do I cancel my membership?

If you know that you are no longer planning to join the pool this 2018 season please email membership@cchpool.com  as soon as possible so we may offer season passes sooner to the perspective members.

  • Where do I send my dues?
